I’m a sneakerhead, and being a sneakerhead, I love everything that Virgil Abloh put his mark on. Well, almost everything. 😜

For years, I wondered if I could pay homage to his design aesthetic in a pen, and thankfully, Retro 51 was up to the task.

Say hello to “PEN”, one of the most fun and unique designs I have been a part of. This is a limited edition of 500, all serially numbered on the top band, with matching markings on the zip-tie.

Virgil Abloh was taken from us far too early. To honor his memory, I am donating $1000 from the sale of “PEN” to the Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Scholarship Fund, which helps identify promising undergraduates of Black, African-American, or African descent and supporting their aspirations to make a mark on the fashion industry.
